How weekly subscriptions work

Ready Repeat may offer optional recurring product deliveries. A subscription begins only when a recurring purchase option is available, you actively choose it, and you complete checkout. The calendar and SEND / SKIP / SWAP / PAUSE features demonstrated on the homepage do not themselves place orders, charge money or change an existing subscription.

Recurring price and billing

Before a customer agrees to a subscription, checkout must display the selected product, recurring price and currency, billing frequency, delivery charges if applicable, and any other material conditions. By completing recurring checkout, a customer authorizes the recurring charges shown until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends.

Changing deliveries

Where supported by an active subscription plan, online customer controls may allow subscribers to skip a delivery, pause, adjust eligible items or quantities, or cancel future renewals. Available functionality depends on the actual subscription service and the options presented in the customer account. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of future recurring charges through an available customer-management tool or by contacting support. Please request cancellation before the next payment is processed. A request may not stop an order that has already been billed, prepared or dispatched; the status and any rights to a refund or other remedy will be explained. Any specific cutoffs or conditions must be clearly disclosed before subscription signup. This policy does not impose an undisclosed cancellation fee or a fixed notice period.

Refunds, lost parcels and faulty items

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply to recurring purchases. Consumer guarantees and other mandatory rights apply to these goods and any associated services.
