About Ready Repeat

These Terms of Service govern use of readyrepeat.com and purchases made through Ready Repeat. When placing an order, you agree to the terms that are properly disclosed and applicable at checkout, subject to consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Products, availability and pricing

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. The product price, currency, applicable taxes, shipping charges and any additional fees will be shown at checkout before payment. An order may be subject to payment verification and product availability. We will contact you if we cannot supply an item and apply any remedy required by law.

Payments and accounts

Payments are processed through methods made available at Shopify checkout. Customers must provide accurate order, contact and shipping information. Never send passwords or full payment card details by email or website contact form.

Optional recurring orders

Where a product offers a subscription purchase option, an ongoing subscription starts only if you actively select it and complete the recurring checkout. Before purchase, the store will disclose the price, frequency, relevant shipping charges and applicable management/cancellation terms. A demonstration calendar or control on the homepage does not place an order or change a real subscription.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. These policies do not remove your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Proper use and content

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, impersonate others or submit fraudulent information. Logos, brand materials and original content belong to their respective rights holders.

Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at /policies/privacy-policy and applicable privacy laws.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian consumer guarantees. Any unenforceable provision does not override your statutory rights.
